Dr Lisa Hwong comes with many years of experience in Women’s Imaging and General Diagnostic Radiology. She is a graduate of the Boston University 6-Year Accelerated Undergraduate and Medical School program.  She completed her residency at North Shore/NYU/Long Island Jewish Hospital in New York, then pursued her fellowship at University of California San Francisco (UCSF) and obtained a Master’s degree from Stanford University.  She was a voluntary Clinical Professor at UCSF. She participated in a number of research endeavors, authoring and presenting scientific papers.  She first entered private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area, working in general diagnostic radiology and then specializing in Women’s Imaging, with emphasis on prenatal imaging and breast imaging.

She enjoys working with patients, staff and the medical community in her role with Radiology Partners. In her spare time, she enjoys the fine arts, including dance and modern art, as well as a variety of sports with her husband and children.
